The SVS Inert 5 lb container of EOD quality C-4 and Semtex explosive simulants look and feel just like the real explosives. They will not dry out and are moldable just like the real explosives. The visually correct inert simulant provide a very realistic training aid. The material is biodegrade and has no hazardous materials. Comes in a resealable airtight container.
