Inert chemical IED with a digital timer as the firing switch. Uses four inert non-hazmat liquids that are organic and inorganic in an x-ray. The device simulants the mixing of the chemicals from an improvised detonator and will produce a simulated chemical reaction (gas, explosion, hypergolic, etc.).
