The test verifies that your portable x-ray system is providing accurate measurements in all areas of the detector panel. This kit comes with 4 test objects that have an organic, inorganic, and metal test disc mounted on an acrylic sheet. The kit also comes with a set of instructions on how to take the test and verify if your portable x-ray system is actually providing accurate dual-energy imaging measurements.

Do not spend the extra cost associated with the Dual-energy filters and software until you verify that the system actually works. Most portable x-ray systems on the market that claim they can provide accurate materials imaging will not pass this test.
