Inert chemical IED with PIR motion sensors as the firing switch. Uses inert non-hazmat powder with detonating cord under a metal pusher plate which will disperse the powder. The device simulants the release of toxic chemicals and will produce a simulated chemical reaction (gas, explosion, hypergolic, etc.).
