Aviation CT X-Ray Automatic Detection Verification Testing Kit

How do you know your CT x-ray system is detecting explosives correctly? It is a common practice to "TEST" security equipment before using it each day. This is typically done with a wire step wedge. The problem is these wire step wedges do NOT verify that the systems explosive detection software is calibrated correctly.

The SVS Aviation CT X-Ray Explosive Detection Verification Testing Kit allows you to verify before each day of screening that the systems is actually detecting explosives correctly.  

Kit Contains:

1. 4x4x.25 in explosive simulant with Mid level Zeff blocking
2. 4x4x.75 in explosive simulant with high level Zeff blocking
3. 3x3x1 in explosive simulant prilled with AL simulant
4. 2x2x1 in explosive simulant size test
5. 3.35x3.35x.25 sheet simulant

Note: All the above are 1.41 g/cc and Zeff 7.1

2. 4x4 aluminum blocking sheet
3. 4x4 steel blocking sheet

All the explosive simulants are made from plastic copolymer
