Inert Chemical IED (Cell phone Trigger/RCIED)

Inert chemical IED with a cell phone as the firing switch. Uses three inert non-hazmat liquids that are mixed with two homemade cardboard detonators. The device simulants the release of toxic chemicals and will produce a simulated chemical reaction (gas, explosion, hypergolic, etc.).
