COURSE DESCRIPTION:

The course is designed to train your EOD staff on RCIED threats and how they are constructed with COTS technology. The students will be provided with a SVS RF training kits (1 per 2 students) and they will build each device in the classroom. 

The course is a combination of classroom and hands on training and will include practical exercise building each IED. 

STUDENT REQUIREMENTS: Must be EOD or Certified Bomb technician

EQUIPMENT: Provided

TESTING: Written test and practical exercise 

CERTIFICATE: Certificate of Training for RCIED Threats

INSTRUCTION QUALIFICATION:

• Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) Certified Instructor
• Graduate of NAVSCHEOD or HDS
• 10 or more years experience as a  Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technician 

Course cost does NOT includes instructor travel and will be quoted separately and is based on GSA per Diem rates.
